What To Expect
During this private, interactive, 1.5 hour class, you'll learn the techniques that professionals use to slice and style meats, cheeses and fruits for a stunning and delicious charcuterie creation. You will leave with your own personal mini board and all the tricks to wow your friends and family at your next gathering. This is a fun and relaxing workshop where we can practice, play and, most importantly, eat!
This activity is fun for all ages! Children are welcome. Infants and children under five who would like to help their parents with their boards may attend for free.
